Born from Fire & Tradition
At Amore Grill, we took the beloved concept of flame-grilled chicken and gave it an authentic Italian soul. Our birds are marinated in hand-crafted sauces using imported Calabrian chillies, fresh Mediterranean herbs, and slow-roasted garlic.
Then, instead of a standard grill, we do something different — we cook every piece in a traditional wood-fired pizza oven. The result? Impossibly juicy chicken with a smoky char you simply can't replicate.
